Discovery & Planning Session
This is our “get to know you, get to know me” meeting and the foundation of everything that follows. During this session, we take time to talk through your current situation, and we also complete a needs, wants, and budgetary assessment so we can clearly understand what matters most to you. By the end of this meeting, we will have a shared understanding of your priorities and a clear plan for exploring the retirement living options that best fit your goals.

Community Tours
We will accompany you on up to four tours of retirement communities that you have selected, acting as your advocate and second set of eyes and ears. During each visit, We can ask the important questions on your behalf that uncover the details not always obvious in a sales tour. Our goal is to give you a clear, honest picture of each community so you can compare your options and make the most informed, confident decision about where you will feel most at home.

Resolution Consultation
This meeting brings everything together and helps turn information into clarity. We will review photos, detailed notes, and key information from each of the communities you have visited, then use a side-by-side comparison chart to evaluate the factors that matter most to you — from care and cost to lifestyle and location. The goal of this session is to narrow your options down to your top two choices, giving you a clear, confident path toward making your final decision.
